Established in 1966 in Zoucheng City, the hometown of Mencius, Shandong Jinding Industrial Stock Co., Ltd. is now a specialized company in mechanical parts casting as well as the machining of finished products of high-end gray cast iron, ductile cast iron and vermicular graphite cast iron. The casting production processes possessed by the Company now are mainly as follows: Germany AGM horizontal parting green sand molding line, Italian Savelli green sand production line, shell mold line and resin sand production line and 3D direct printing sand mold, with an annual casting capacity of 73 thousand tons.
CNC machining department and tight-type outsourced auxiliary processing factory: nearly 180 sets of high-grade, precise and advanced machining equipment are possessed by the Company, such as American Hass vertical machining center, Germany DMG double-station horizontal machining center, South Korean Doosan vertical turning center and Japanese Mazak complex turning-milling center, with an annually overall machining capacity of 25 thousand tons.
